By placing an order on the Blooming Lovely website or by telephone you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Being perishable products, flowers are excluded from the 7-day "cooling-off" period applicable to other goods under the distance selling regulations. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or goods returned. Of course, if you need to amend your instructions for a delivery to be made in the future, we will do our best to accommodate you.
The photographs on this website are typical of arrangements of the type illustrated, but we reserve the right to substitute flowers or products with an alternative of equal or greater value should we have difficulty obtaining any flowers or products ordered on this website.
Online payment via any major credit or debit card is via the secure PayPal system. You do not need to have a PayPal account, and your card details are not disclosed to Blooming Lovely.
All local deliveries will be made and delivered from our shop in West Park, Plymouth. National and international deliveries will be sent through the Teleflorist Relay Network. Please ensure the correct delivery address details are provided to ensure prompt delivery.
We do not make any timed deliveries, but you may request AM or PM delivery. We will do our best to accommodate such requests but this cannot be guaranteed and orders must be received by us allowing 24 hours notice.
At peak periods, e.g. Valentines Day, Mother's Day and Christmas, deliveries will be between 8am and 8pm. AM and PM requests are not available at any of these times.
Signatures obtained for deliveries whether by the recipient, a neighbour or by a third party ( for hospital/hotel/shop/office deliveries), shall be accepted by the customer ordering the goods as proof of delivery by us.
Please make sure we have the correct address including postal codes and contact telephone number. If deliveries are to be sent to a place of work please include the hours the recipient will be at that address.
Note that delivery will be to made to the address given on the delivery details page, not the address in the PayPal confirmation which always shows the billing address.
If the recipient is not at home, the goods be left in a secure place or with a neighbour, and a card will be left to inform the recipient. If neither is possible the goods will be returned to the delivering Florist's shop, which the recipient must then contact to arrange delivery.
Funeral orders for delivery to the funeral directors will be signed in at their named premises by the Blooming Lovely delivery driver. Thereafter we accept no responsibility for lost/stolen and or missing cards or designs.
Blooming Lovely want you to be satisfied, and will make every effort to achieve this. If you do have a complaint, please notify us within 48 hours and we will investigate. A refund or replacement will be arranged where we find the complaint is genuine. Under no circumstances can complaints be accepted after 7 days or more owing to the perishable nature of the goods.
In order to process your order, Blooming Lovely collects your name, telephone number, address and e-mail address, and the name and address of the recipient. This will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and not disclosed to any organisation not involved in processing your order or payment.
If you register with the website, your own details will be stored so that you do not need to re-enter them for a future order. We do not have access to your credit or debit card information as this is handled separately by PayPal.
